    How do I put a Form on my web page

    we run  quads for birthdays etc and we need to put forms on our web page so they can fill them in then send them back via email how do we do this?

    By default, each time someone submits your form, you will receive a notification at the email address in your JotForm account settings. However, you can have notifications sent to any address or addresses you choose. Please see the following guides for further information:
