Email confirmations received when reserving shows wrong date

    Hi, When people create reservations, it shows the wrong date. 

    Reserving for August 11 and 12 shows a blank date

    Reserving for August 13 and 14 shows August 5 and 6

    I duplicated the widgets from the said dates before I erased them and simply changed the details.

    Is this the wrong way of creating the fields?
