How can I create a printable version of a form I have created?

    I would like to be able to create printable, hard versions of a created form, ideally in Word or PDF.

    You can convert it into a fillable PDF form. Please check the following guides:

    If you are using Google Chrome, you can save the form as a PDF file via the Print wizard. Just press "ctrl+P" or "command+P". After that, the Print wizard will appear.
