I have 4 forms and in the first 2 the send button is ok; in the second 2 I don't.

I have problems with the first two in the attachment file; it's strange that the code of "GDBP - Job inquiry" and "GDBP - Client inquiry China" it's the same :

As far as I understand, your forms are embedded on the web page and you can not submit them there. 

Or you are not able to submit the forms using their direct URLs?

Can you please provide us the link to your web page if my first assumption is correct?

I tried to submit your forms. The forms are successfully submitted:

Your notification email recipient is "paoloferigo@gmail.com".I checked this email address if in bounce list. However, it is not in bounce list. Also, I checked the mail logs of "paoloferigo@gmail.com" and the submissions of form IDs "80967559292372" and "82183775795372" seem to be successfully sent.

The problem may be caused by your Network problems.
