a jotform questionnaire is consistantly rejected from yahoo addresses. how can i get this resolved?

    it appears from other sources that this is not a new issue.  is there a setting that needs to be unblocked from jotform to enable a client with a yahoo email address to receive a jotform link?  very frustrating!  please help.
