When I set a time for my autoresponder, is the time selected from the begining of the campaign or from the previous autoredponder?

I'm not sure I understood your question correctly. Are you referring to the submission time? Or the date time element?

I set up a campaign
Run AR1 immediately
Run AR2 2 days later
Run AR3 7 days later. Does that mean the AR3 runs 7 days after AR2 or 7 days after AR1?

The auotresponder email would be sent counting from the day the user submitted the form.
Example, user submitted the form on Monday, then AR2 will be sent two days after.
Do note also that any scheduled emails will checked and sent hourly.

When is AR3 sent? 7 days from AR2 or 7 days from the day the user submitted the form??

The "Send email later" feature sends it X amount of days after the submission date, not based on the date another autoresponder is sent.
