Upon completion of form and payment, we are supposed to click "Return to Merchant". However, the button was in grey and didn't jump to thank you page.
As a result, neither notification email nor auto-reply confirmation email could be generated. No submission record was found either.

Hello,
I can see that your PayPal integration is in a sandbox mode at the moment:
Please note that submissions are not counted as payment submissions if the form is in test mode. That is why you have received the submissions as incomplete payments and emails were not sent out:
In live mode, after completing the payment, you should be redirected back to your form, and if you have Thank You page, Paypal should redirect to your form thank you page.
