    What was the payment method used? Please note that upgrades that are done via purchase order can take up to a month to reflect in your account, since a manual process of the payment is involved.

    I have payed by credit card for one year, and i received sms from my bank account informed me that the payment has been done, do you mean i have to wait about a month to work with the upgrade ????

    IF it was paid via credit card, the upgrade should reflect immediately.

    We have received a failed payment notice from Plimus, our payment processor. It indicates that the $190 transaction, from the credit card ending in 4759, has been declined.

    Please check the card details and try upgrading again: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account, or contact your bank for assistance.

    Thanks for the clarification David,

    Actually I have 2 credit cards the one ending with 4759 I tried it first but it didn't work, after that immediately I made the transfer from my other credit cards the ending with 3444, can you check again please and let me know

    We have found the payment made through your Credit card 3444 which was set to manual review by the payment processor. With the credit card number provided, we have now approved the payment and the account is now upgraded to Bronze. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.
