Your subscription plan is "Free" which means you don't pay to JotForm.Also, you do not exceed the form count limit. I haven't seen any bills or payments to our system.

Please provide us with more information:

1)Where did you pay about 10 dollars?

2)Do you have the invoice for this payment?
