Hello,
The reply function doesn't seem to be working when I try to thank members for there submission of the form I created. Can you please fix this?

Your notification appears to be setup correctly, you have assigned the email field in the Reply-to option:
I even cloned the form, and test it, and it works fine. When I click on "Reply":
It goes to the email address that was entered in the "Email" form field:
