Request for Image insert in header of choice elements.

Thanks Jotform!  I've really enjoyed using your form builder.  It's so easy.  

It would be great if you can include a feature to insert images in the header (highlighted) area of choice elements.  In the case below, I would like to include a picture of the necklace.

The section that you are referring to the Question label for each question. In the Classic layout, we have Header field that allows to add a header text and image. However, it is not available in Card Form layout. If you want to display images for each option, you may consider using Image Choice field from the Form elements.

If you are referring to the question label itself, please let us know. We may forward the thread to our backend team for evaluation. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that the feature will be implemented or cannot provide any ETA at this moment.

Thanks Kiran but the Header field does not have choices in one box and the Image Choice element does not have a drop down for quantity.

Please do forward this to your Developers since this is something that would be useful to a lot of us.  I am now noticing that there are other people that would like this features from your form support questions.   

To clarify, you want to have an option to add images on the header fields or question field in Card Forms?

Regarding the image choice element to have a dropdown for quantity, do you want to create a payment form?

You can add a quantity beside your image when you use payment integration.

item with a drop down or choice for pre-ordering quantity.

You may consider using Purchase order field instead. There will no payment need to be made using this field so that you may add images for the products and quantity for each product.
