Login failed - AUTOSUSPENDED

    Prezados,

    Boa tarde!

    Não estou conseguindo fazer o login na minha conta, está apresentando a seguinte mensagem "Login failed - AUTOSUSPENDED" podem me ajudar?

    Upon review of your account I found form: https://www.jotform.com/82189142684666 was automatically suspended (autosuspended) by our Phishing Detector tool.

    Since forms are created everyday for phishing activities such as: stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, child pornography, etc, our Phishing Detector automatically suspended your form due to the word credit card.

    I have inspected your forms and found no guilty fields , so I have activated your account, we apologize for the inconveniences this may have caused you.

    Estou fazendo um formulário de pedido de lanche para lanchonete.
    Aproveito para solicitar a analise da conta do meu socio, pois o dele tambem foi bloqueado.

    I checked for an account associated with the email address doisamigos.aplicativos@gmail.com and was unable to find one.  Let us know the correct email address or username for the account you would like for us to check and we will be happy to have a look.
