Still not receiving emails

    Hello, we are considering upgrading to the paid plan, but are hesitant because we still don't receive email notifications as it is set up to do so.  Will the paid plan address this or should we expect to have the same problem?

    I can see the email alerts are triggered fine however they are only sent to one recipient which is info@capsulesupplies.com. The users in the Starter (FREE) plan are limited to one email recipient. Multiple recipients option is available for paid users only.
