Photo ID and Sensitive Information upload field not permitted?

Hi,

We are a digital agency firm based in Mexico City and we are working with Sagicor Bank Jamaica. Which is a Bank that works with Mastercard: www.sagicorjamaica.com

We have developed a form for them to request internal information of their customers that can be fund here:

As you can see there is a lot of fields that ask ID, TRN, PHOTO of Statements and sensitive information. 

We have received an email that is is not permitted. But we are wondering if there is a way to make it possible? Adding some Terms & Conditions or something? This is a bank and will be really nice to make it happend for them.

Upon checking your form, it seems that you're asking your users to upload sensitive information.

Upload buttons are not allowed for collection of sensitive information, not even if you have the widgets since the collection is not mandatory to be on digital format by law.

We recommend you to remove the upload field.

If I remove the button and change it to a text bot that says "write your ID number" would that be ok?

So it is not alowed to ask for sensitive information via a button upload but can be done in other way?

Yes, you can ask such questions using text fields if you have the signature widget and terms and agreement widget.
