I set up forms for people on their website that no longer work and the accounts were deleted. Please advise what is going on.

There was temporary problem with the database and we had to switch
it to an older version of it.

Our database server started having problems today. So, we switched to the backup server. Unfortunately, the backup server is few hours behind. So, you might miss some data in your account. This is a temporary problem. Unless something else goes wrong, all of the data on your account will be restored by tomorrow.

UPDATE: All missing data should be restored now.
We are still slower than usual since we have not completed the transition to the new database server. I'll post more updates when they are complete.
