How can I adjust the layout in my form?

In my University Application form, I am trying to put the Primary and Secondary Emergency Contacts' phone numbers NEXT to the contacts' email addresses. It keeps bumping them to separate lines. Can you help?

Try removing the shrink for the "Relationship to you" and "Phone number" field.
