Please help to change username

Dear Jotform,

Kindly change our current username from "banindita" to "msembiring".

Current contact email address remain the same as "machfud.sembiring@lafargeholcim.com"

Sorry to say that the "msembiring" is used by another account. The user that has a username "msembiring"  is a sub-user of your account.

Please provide us another username so we will change your username according to its availability.
