"Too many requests" error on submit

    Hi,

    On all of our JotForms we are receiving 'Too Many Requests' on submission. 

    Our account is well within it's submission limits (4047 out of 100000)

    Please, your immediate help is required.

    Hi Adi,

    This usually happens when there are many submissions received from the same IP Address in a short period of time.

    I have checked the submissions in one of your forms and I can see that all of them were submitted from a single IP Address which must be your IP Address.

    There is a limit of 60 submissions per minute but I am not sure if you have reached that.

    Let me forward this to our developers to see if your account or IP Address can be excluded from the rate limit.

    We will let you know via this thread when there is an update.
