How do recipients of my form (by email) save and send back the form to me? Also, how do I remove the foot banner asking them to create their own form

Sent my form by email to 'test recipient'  (tested - received ok). Completed form on-line (tested - ok). No 'save and send back' option shown.

Tried this - save to Outlook (this worked) however the data contents (answers) were wiped and just the base form without the data saved.

How to save and send completed form back by email please?

Also: when accessing the form on-line a banner appears at the foot of the page 'Create your own jotform' - if you select this it takes you to MY jotform account. Don't want my clients accessing this. How to prevent this please?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to allow users to save input data of form and then submit it at a later date?

There are multiple options available to achieve your requirement:

#1. Auto Fill: You may like to take a look at our "Auto Fill" setting which will save the user's input data every few seconds in browser's cookie. Please note that if the user access the form again from other browser, other system or clear the browser cache, the saved data will not be accessible in form. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms

#2. Session: This feature will save the input data in session and actually stored in our server. This feature requires two forms and the main form should have the "Page Break" field. The data is saved in session only on the click of the next button. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later

If you mean that you want to populate form form fields and then share the form with your user, you can take advantage of our "Field Prepopulator" app which should help you generate the form URL with parameters to populate form fields. You can then send the URL in email to your users.

    Hope this helps.
