I am trying to create logic

Hi!

I am building a registration form for an upcoming meeting.  

When a registrant clicks "yes" for a hotel and submits their registration, I want them to be immediately redirected to the hotel site OR receive an email with the information and link to book their hotel.  

I thought that I set this up correctly, but my testing proves me wrong. lol!  Can someone assist me with this?  I'm happy to hop on a call/screen share if it will help.
