Change the email recipient of the email notification

Hello, 

Id like only the email address toby@spectrumvideoandfilm.com to receive the jot form submissions. All other emails to be deleted. 

The email address that you provided is the email address associated with your account. And, by default, it is the email recipient of the email notifications in your form.

Or, you can just create a new email notification in your form which will have your email address as the recipient by default — Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
