My e-mail alerts are not working, what should I do?

    Hello Jotform support!

    Prior to sending you this e-mail, I made sure to check your FAQ section about this issue. I checked whether the form was set to send e-mail alerts, which it was. I also clicked on "send test email" on two of them, but I never got them. I also checked my spam folder but nothing was sent there either. This has been happening for several days now and it is seriously affecting my company's work. I manage a music blog and use your forms on four pages on the site (An e-mail subscription form, Street Team application form, music subscription form, and an advertisement subscription form). Please let me know what else I can do to fix this problem. Thank you in advance.

    Hi Anna

    Currently, the "Test Email" button only works with the email address currently on record in your account, regardless of the email address or addresses set via the form. You would have to make an actual submission via the live form to know if it's sending nofitications to the address set in the form okay.

    Have you already tried submitting the forms via your site and got the same result?

    Yes I made a submission from the website and I still did not receive an e-mail alert.

    Hi, I checked your account and found out that your email account was bounce listed. I had it removed already.

    You should now get the email notification thru.
