This is happening to me as well and my clients are trying to send authorization for their payments but are unable to. How soon can this be rectified?

I checked your form and it is not currently producing any errors. The too many requests error tends to be related to forms that have a large amount of submissions from the same location. Your form currently only has one submission so I do not believe that is the issue. If you are referring to the authorize.net error described in your other thread, that would be related to your payment field settings:
