Form over Quota

I received notification that my account would be disables as a result of going over my upload limit. After purging the submissions completely and deleting the form, My account now shows that I have upload space available, however my other forms are still saying "Form over Quota". FYI, the form displaying this message was a completely different form than the one causing the upload overage.

Your form is available already, please check again, and try clearing your forms cache if the same message shows up.
