How can I access the name and address from Authorize.net to personalize my autoresponder email?

I am new to JotForm.  I am setting up a donation form using authorize.net integration.  I would like to know if there is a way to access the name and address of the credit card holder for use in autoresponder emails, or do I have to ask separately for that information?

There's no need to create name and address separately if you're using Authorize.net payment integration. Here's the result of my test for autoresponder email:

Thanks for this reply.  When I access form fields while trying to build
an auto responder, I am not presented with the fields from the
authorize.net section of the form, only the other fields I have
created.  See attached screen shot.
What am I missing?
