Upgraded to premium yesterday, account wrong....HELP

    We paid and upgraded our account yesterday and now the password is defaulted to the old password

    and we no longer  have a premium account. Submission are being made and we cannot not retrieve the 

    important information.


    Please help!!!

    Can we know the other username that you have that you needed to have in premium?
