How to add a condition based on the city inputted in the address field?

Hello, I checked the forum but didn't see the answer. 

I want to make a condition based on the state my customer is in for tax purposes. If they are in my state I need to charge tax. Currently the only condition option for the address field is "country" or "Filled" or "empty" ...there isn't even an option to add a "value" where I can type in my state. 

Please help!

This is not possible using the address field. However, you can make use of the All States and Cities Widget.

It will have multiple conditions you can use to calculate a field based on the state/city entered into the widget.

In this case, you can add other text fields to allow adding other fields to the address.
