Form submitting: Receiving an error on submit for users from China (mobile).

    I am attempting to utilize this platform but it is

    sending these error messages and not saving the data. 

    Is there a design flaw that I can avoid this problem?

    The incomplete values error usually means that required form fields are not filled.

    I have cloned your form and was able to submit it using mobile Safari browser.

    Are you getting that error when you complete the form and click on the submit button? Is this happening on both mobile phones and desktop computers?

    The fields are filled in and attempts are made to submit it and then this is returned. One caveat is that we are in China, so I don't know if this complicates the issue. A couple users are also unable to complete the Captcha.

    This kind of issue shouldn't be caused by the location.

    Is your form embedded in a website by any chance?

    Also, do you have any user outside of China that submitted your form?

    The form isn't embedded, and is largely access via mobile devices through

    scanning the QR code. It seems to occur on Apple and Android devices alike. I will

    find a tester outside of China to check it. We have two more identical cases today. 

    When I go to check the form on the website, it also doesn't populate the responses that

    were submitted.

    Thank you for the additional information.

    Please do, I just tested your form from my iPhone, but I wasn't able to replicate any issue there. I was able to fill out the whole form and submit it without any problem.

    Could you please let us know if this issue is happening from multiple networks, I see that you used mobile network from the screenshot.

    Most of our members are using mobile networks inside China. I just had several attempt to submit and the data isn't loading from any of them.1534822912BlankCapture.JPG
