MailChimp not integrating properly

    Hi, I have setup a jotform and api key with mailchimp but none of the data is flowing over to mailchimp and no confirmation email is received from mailchimp.

    Since the 'Send Opt-In Email' option is enabled, the data is supposed to be forwarded to the MailChimp once the subscription is confirmed by the end user through an Opt-in confirmation email.

    In general, the issue might be related to the fields mapping. For example, if some mapped form field does not correspond to the correct field type/format at MailChimp.

    You may check the last API calls section at the bottom of the API Keys page in your MailChimp account to see if there are any errors.
