    Trouble with replace images

    I have replaced two pictures in my form, and it looks OK in edit mode, but when viewing the old photos coming up. I have renamed them, but it does not help. See print screen

    Your form might have been affected by a data replication delay. For what it's worth, the form looks updated now, at least on my end.

    Can you please confirm if the same can be said on your side?

    If the problem is still persisting, try changing the form URL from http://form to http://www

    For example:

    http://www.jotform.com/form/13214022392

    Sorry about that. It does seem that there really is a delay in data replication. I have submitted a report ticket for this issue.

    May be but the form will not be updated at the website. Se the right screen drop in my first question and how it looks at the web with the old version

    I have solved the problem by change the url from

    http://form.jotform.com/form/13214022392

    to

    http://form.jotformeu.com/form/13214022392

    at the website, but in my form the source code still is http://form.jotform.com/form/13214022392

    What happend?

    What I mean is the code in the embed form wizard where I use the direct link

    But I had to use

    if not the form will not update

    Hello Tannvernet.  Thank you for your clarification. 

    You can try uploading your image to any image sharing site such as Photobucket.  Or you can try this page, get the URL and click on the tree icon on the editor here or simply post the image URL.

    To answer your concern -- Your form that appears at form.jotform.com is actually a clone from the other server from where you are logged in.  And by default, the embed form wizard prints the URL form.jotform.com for sharing forms.  Sometimes there happens to be a delay on replication on the content and structure of your form from one domain to another which is why this happens at times.

    If you need further clarification on this, please do let us know.
