Getting "Too Many Requests. Sorry! Rate limit exceeded" error message

    We have a limit of 60 submissions per minute coming from the same IP address. 

    May we know why do you need 60 submissions per minute from the same IP address? You can also provide the IP address so we can forward it to our developers and remove the limit rate.

    Hi John,
     

    The reason the signups are coming from the the same IP address is because we have a custom integration of the form where the form data is processed on our server, then sent to Jot.  We have a high traffic/volume website with submissions happening frequently. Sometimes, during high traffic times, we can get more that 60/min, but that is only during peak times, most other times we are below that rate limit.  We noticed that the jotform will stop working for long periods of time.  If you could help us stabilize the system that would be greatly appreciated.

    Also, the ip address they were coming from is 77.104.136.212
