I am trying to edit a form, but changes are not being published. The preview button still shows the old fields...
A quick test with a newly created form returns a 'form not found message'!

We are currently experiencing a replication issue on our servers. The problem concerns our database server, so changes are temporarily not being saved. That includes newly-created and cloned forms.
I have already notified our developers about it, and they are currently working on it. It will only be a matter of time before everything is restored back to normal.
We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences caused by this problem. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding.
