HOW CAN I ADD A CONFIRMATION NUMBER TO MY CURRENT MUSE DESIGNED FORM

Good day!

I have a simple order form created with Muse that needs an automatically generated & sequential confirmation number per order submission.  I'd like it to appear on the confirmation page & come stamped to the form that is emailed to us upon submission.

I've added our Order Form URL to this request.

To test submission & see the confirmation page feel free to send a test order thru, all you need is a valid email & enter the word "TEST" in all other fields.
