How to restore deleted form?

Please note that when you delete a form, it is just moved to "Trash" folder and not deleted permanently. I would suggest you to please check "Trash" folder in your account and see if the deleted form is there or not. Please check the screenshot below on how to restore deleted form form trash folder:

Please do not click on the "Purge" button, it will permanently delete the form from our system.
