    Hi,

I've got 5 forms, all basically similar to this one https://form.jotform.com/82184719297166 that are being used to evaluate football officials. The evaluators would like to take a paper copy of the form with them to the games. In the past I've simply used the create PDF form option and emailed it to them, but this year it doesn't appear to be working.

    Hello,

Our apologies on any inconvenience. If you need to print a paper copy of your form, I can suggest to add a Print button: Print-Button-on-Forms

If you place it on the top of your form temporarily, it should allow you to print out exact copy of your form through form's direct URL.

Here is a cloned form with Print button for you to test: https://form.jotform.com/82226492116959

Could you please try if this option will meet your needs?

Thanks, Victoria, that worked. That seems like a lot of extra work for something as simple as a print. Since the functionality is already built into the Jotform platform, would it be possible to add "Print Form" to the list of options on the My Forms screen?

Print button is supposed to help your respondents to print out filled form. Unfortunately, there is no option to print out the form template via My Forms page. I will submit a feature request on your behalf for this option to be considered. I'm afraid there's no time frame on getting this ready, but we will keep you posted with any update on this matter.

    Thank you for the suggestion!
