Certificate Creation in autoresponder email

Team , i'd like to build a form which contains their name and the subject of the course they had learned for certificate building. There're a lots of people , i might not have enough time to prepare for them. 
But i wish when the users submit the form of the information i provided Like : name , course of study etc... after submission they will receive an email with the template of our certificate with their name. 

Would you all tell me how to build such certification ? 
Whether we have any other easiest way ? Your highly recommend is much appreciated. Please also guide me how to build this , thanks you so much

You can add PDF version of your submission to your "Autoresponder" as a certificate,and the PDF file can be customized. Please follow these steps:

For that to make it work, you will have to design your PDF with PDF designer, here is how: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report

You will have to design such PDF and position necessary fields so the certificate would be created with each submission.

I'm sorry, but our old PDF editor is limited to its function. When I'm trying to upload or add an image into PDF, I noticed that your image was large that is why the fields won't adjust. Maybe if you adjust the image to a smaller size then it might fit the spacing on other fields.

Here's what I talking about:

You will noticed in my screencast that there's a limit when I adjust the image to make it smaller so uploading a small size image might help in this case.
