I spent 4 hours yesterday creating two forms through your website. I have gone to add them to my website this morning but your site is telling me my account does not exist despite me getting an e-mail clarifying my account yesterday and logging in and out yesterday evening without any problems.
I spent a long time designing the forms so I will be very disappointed in the service if it has just decided to not work anymore.
Please can you tell me how to get my forms back.

This was due to a temporary problem with the database.
We had to switch to a database that is few hours old.
Our first priority is to make sure all forms are working properly.
At the moment I am able to open your account and view the two forms created.
The latest update on this issue can be found posted in the blog http://www.jotform.com/blog/
UPDATE: All missing data should be restored now.
We are still slower than usual since we have not completed the transition to the new database server. I'll post more updates when they are complete.
