Download link not received in my email address

I am having a problem again with the download function.  I am not receiving the email when I try to retrieve the downloads from our "cover letter" jotform.

On checking our email logs we found that an email link is already sent to you. Please refer the screenshot:

Moreover, if you are not able to find the email in your inbox then I would request you to kindly check your spam folders too.
