When will I hear back regarding my form request?

Form requests are addressed in the order received but we cannot guarantee all requests will be met.  Usually form requests are only open for a short time when we have new hires so that they can get used to the platform by creating forms.  They take care of as many requests as they can be unfortunately we cannot get to all of them.
