    this form is not getting to the email account i've designated?

    The email provider for the address designated on that form's notification might be rejecting the messages due to inconsistencies with the Sender E-mail.

    Try configuring your notifications to use noreply@jotform.com as its Sender E-mail.

    Afterwards, send a test submission to the form then let us know how it goes.

    I've tried this and it hasn't fixed my problem.

    Your Yahoomail addresses ended up on our bounce list. I have since removed the addresses from the list, but please add noreply@jotform.com to your accounts' contact list.
