The email provider for the address designated on that form's notification might be rejecting the messages due to inconsistencies with the Sender E-mail.
Try configuring your notifications to use email@example.com as its Sender E-mail.
Afterwards, send a test submission to the form then let us know how it goes.

I've tried this and it hasn't fixed my problem.

Your Yahoomail addresses ended up on our bounce list. I have since removed the addresses from the list, but please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your accounts' contact list.
