how do i link an acct or receive money once a form is created?

To be able to get the payments for your forms, you must have an account or create an account on your chosen payment processor. Upon signing up to them, in most cases, there is a portion will you will fill up your bank details.

Once a user fills up your form, the payment processor receives the payment and after which, it is then transferred to the account you have setup with them.
