Now forms are not working saying over quota.

    I just downgraded my account to the $39/mth package which is supposed to give 10,000 submissions per month.

    Now forms are not working saying over quota.

    You guys have already charged me this month for the previous package $99 per month plus I'm pretty sure that I have also not even received 10,000 submissions so why the heck are my forms not working???

    Hello,

    I have checked your account and can see that payment for the previous package was used towards the new Silver subscription:

    Your account is overlimit because you have already received 174 payments with your forms this month. Silver package allows to receive up to 100 payments every month. When you were on a Gold plan, you could receive unlimited payments:

    Payments limit counter is reset on the first day of each calendar month. Unfortunately, only the forms, which have payment integration set up, will be disabled until that time. You may also consider upgrading your account to receive more payments this month.

    Please put my account back to $99 package which I was initially charged for at the beginning of the month. I will downgrade my account at the end of the month before next billing
