How can I ensure the text on my form is on the PDF attachment

    I have a form with text on it as well as form items such as name and signature ( I will attach link) However when the form comes through email it doesn't include the text on the PDF so it just comes through with name and signature. I have tried to edit the PDF but every time i add a form field it doesn't show up when i preview it and then it deleted itself. Not sure if there is anything in the background i need changing?

    In the form View Submissions page, make sure the option Show Headers and Texts is selected/ON.

    Example:

    Headers and TEXTS will then be visible in the submission's PDF report (in the email attachment and when downloading the PDF)
