I am trying to use the Email Validator Widget on one of my forms, however given our company uses one of the new trendy domain names that do not end in .com

I have found that the email validator does not seem to send the email request to email addresses that use this kind of email.

For instance when we try to do a test using one of our email address The verification code has been sent to ian.roberts@iconic.productions

We do not receive the email.

Is there anyway of fixing this.

I tested the widget with my email address and I received a verification code.

I then tested the widget with the email address you provided and a verification code was also sent successfully.

Please check your spam folder and if there are emails coming from @jotform mark them as not spam.

I would also suggest you to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contacts lists and ask your email provided to whitelist our IP addresses and domains.
