The web page is crashing when trying to customize PDF report

    Hi support team,

    I'm reaching out as I've been trying to customize a PDF export for quite a few days, but when I'm accessing the feature the whole page is crashing.

    Could you please investigate or let me know what I should be doing?

    I have checked your JotForm and see that there are about 350 fields on the form. I think loading all the fields in the report could be taking time and unable to process. Could you let us know which browser you are using? Also, please try logging into a different browser and see if that helps. Let us know if the issue is happening with any specific form or all forms and if there is any error message displayed. This information would help us in investigating the issue further and assist you.

    Hi Kiran,
    Thanks for your quick feedback regarding my issue
    I have tried to open the customization window within Internet Explorer (previously Chrome), and it finally worked after 5 minutes of loading or so
    I just have an extra questions you may be able to help with: if I delete fields in this PDF customization section, will it delete these fields for all submitted forms? (existing + to be created)
