How to upgrade my account with the current subscription?

    Preciso emitir um boleto com minha assinatura anterior para realizar o pagamento!

    I could see that you were in Silver monthly subscription and your account is downgraded to free.

    I would suggest you to please go ahead and upgrade your account again to desired plan. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you:   https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account

    Also, note that If the total submission count in the account is more than 500 submissions, the oldest submissions will be deleted due to the limit of submission storage.
