I can't log in or reset my password

Hi there,
Yesterday I created an account and form.
Today, I cannot log in or reset my password (the system says that the user name does not exist).
The form displays, but cannot send (but worked fine yesterday). I cannot show the the website where the form is because it is on a test site.
Please help.

I'll have someone look into this for you ASAP. Unfortunately, there's another pressing matter presently being resolved but I don't think that should affect attention to your situation too much.

You should ask the administrators of Crossfire to handle your hacked account with them.
