Is it possible to remove the JotForm Branding?

Is it possible to pay for a single form? I love your service. I would like to not have the branding removed off the form i created. 

I'm not sure I understand your question correctly. JotForm is free to use. I have checked your subscription and you're under the free plan.

Unfortunately, we do not have a pricing scheme in which you would only pay for a form.

When I put my form on my site it had the jotform branding on the bottom.

Unfortunately, only paid subscribers can remove the JotForm Branding.

You can upgrade your subscription, to be able to remove the JotForm Branding.

I'm absolutely fine with that. Once 8 pay for a subscription does it
permanently remove the branding it does it come back once I'm no longer a
member?

When your subscription is downgraded to free plan. The JotForm branding would be back again.
