Errors when submitting Dropbox integrated form

    Hi my client is reporting some errors with a form with dropbox integration:


    That was Firefox on windows 10.  Full size video attached. 

     
    It’s not happening all the time but we do keep getting complaints from customers that can’t submit orders. It is fairly regular, maybe 5% of orders.

    I cloned the form to test it and was unable to reproduce the issue.  I sent about 15 submissions through my test form, all went through immediately and all attachments were sent to Dropbox.  Is the form embedded to a web page by any chance?  If so, try replacing the current embed code with the form iFrame code and see if that has better results:
