When I put START, it's slow to start.. After about 5 minutes the form actually starts.

At the beggining of the form, when I put START, it's slow to start.. After about 5 minutes the form actually starts.

I am testing the form because I like the features, for after thar, I could upgrade my plan.

But I need to know what I am doing wrong, why is not working in normal time?

Because the form is for the customers, and they will think that doesn't work, they won't wait 5 minuts for start..

Could anyone help me?

On checking this on my cloned version of your form I could replicate this issue. I found that you were using Image choices in your form. These images are taking a long time to load when I recorded this in my browser console.

After removing these image choices from my form. My form performance improved. You can refer to this screenshot:

If I put images with low quality, will it work? Because, actually I need the images for customer selection.

You may try adding small sized images.
